yahoo messanger problem

hi network admins,

i just want to post a problem. can u plz find out the solution???

problem: i have around 100 users in my network. 2 people are getting very same problem. when ever they try to log in to yahoo messanger, it won`t allow them to log in. it says try again. but they r able to log in to their mail. if i put them out of proxy they are able to log in. but rest of them are able to log in under proxy. these 2 ppl some times able to log in next time time it won`t allow. can u please he4lp me out????

i got solution. 1st we thaough that some problem in proxy server. because we have put that users out of proxy. then they were able to connect. after that i used CCleaner freware tool which clears all cookies and unwanted temp files, malware,.. while i was using it on users machines it cleared around 930mb files from their system. now they are able to log in to their messanger under proxy too......
