    Hello again!! I am still new at this, but I just want to say Thank-you for your last help. I have a 2 part question: I found 3 ad aware viruses from X-MICRO Internet Security ......umm.....1.myway.mywebsearch 2. IE BHO 3. Smiley Central. Is Yahoo Messenger 8 safe????? Second question: Which Instant Messenger/Mail program would you use??????? Thanks again!!! You guys and gals ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Do you still have these mywebsearch and IE BHO etc? if so then you will need to visit the malware forum here and run this guide and once finished start a new thread in malware forum and attach all the requested logs.

    as for Yahoo messenger 8, then its as safe an app as many of the instant messengers can be, but you need to still make sure if you accept a sent file, then you know who its from and are they trustworthy, also keep antivirus and the yahoo messenger upto date.

    As for me and Instant Messenging and Mail, I use Windows Live Messenger and Mail but at present using the beta versions of these apps.
