   I received a hand-me-down computer from a friend's workplace. I uninstalled their firewall and downloaded Yahoo messenger. When I try to launch it, I get this message:
   The procedure entry point FlashWindowEx could not be located in the dynamic link library. USER32.dll
   
   How can I fix this? Many thanks in advance.

   All I can find is that installing Shockwave, or updating might be the cause. Not sure if this relates to messenger, but worth a shot.
