Yahoo MessengerQuestion.... deleting someone then re-adding them

Hello!

I have learned that when you delete someone from Yahoo messenger, you will still be on THEIR buddy list.

So what happens if you delete someone from Yahoo messenger, and then decide to add them back a week later?

I deleted someone recently and just re-added them. It says "add request pending"... I don't think they have logged into the messenger since I re-added them.

Do they get that message asking if they want to be added? Will they know I deleted them and re added them?

 

Thanks for the reply. But since I am already on their list why do they have to accept another request?

Also, is it possible for them to login to Yahoo messenger and ignore the request?
They can either accept it or not. And Yahoo will tell you if it's denied.

I think they logged onto Yahoo but it still says add request pending.

 

I shouldn't have deleted her lol.. She really made me mad so I did it, then I regretted it a week later and added her again.

Now she's going to ask me why I deleted her and I'll look like an idiot. I'll just tell her my finger slipped and hit the wrong button.
