yahoo send verify massage

For some reason after I setup my friends yahoo e-mail account every time he tries to send an e-mail it comes up with SEND-VERIFY and he need to types
in those mixed charters to confirm it a human sending the e-mail.
This does not happen from my yahoo e-mail acct. I there a way to turn this off?

From what I understand, there's no way to disable Captcha, but there's a good possibility that the verification will eventually stop once the user is established as being a non-spammer.
