Yahoo Web Page Hacked Or Pc Virus On My Machine?

I believe Yahoo's website may be getting hacked. Specifically the webmail page. A few weeks ago I started getting a page redirect when clicking off of the yahoo mail page to any other open browser. Got audio sound telling of potential virus and "call windows support" at a 866-897-2718. Then the issue went away. Today it came back. Specifically when surfing the news on the yahoo home page.
The issue only seems to occur when a Yahoo page is active.

Is this an issue with Yahoo pages or is my browser infected?

Thanks Tim, yeah I know it's a scam. Was just wondering if I needed to clean my PC.
Or, at least clean my browser other than deleting cookies and history?

 

Chrome, only one I've been using.
Meant to say browser pages not separate browsers.
