Yahoo......

I do not know if this is the appropriate forum for this, but cannot find one that addresses my question.... There probably is but ??? Anyway, for some reason, I am no longer getting any photos, pictures, etc. on Yahoo news. I cannot find an answer through them. I use Firefox (Have for years), I have cleared cookies, and virtually anything else...... Can ANYONE point me in the proper direction.... Please... Many Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving !!!!

 

Do you have any adblocker activated? This may be inbuilt into the browser?
Is this a specific New page or the general Yahoo News site? Is there just no photos or are there any icons where the photo should be?
Do the photos show within another browser? If yes then the problem is with Firefox, is the browser up to date?

 

Yep, FF always updated, no icons... doping some more checking.. THANKS !!!! (Never thought of a setting, and it does NOT do it with anothe browser... lol... (Simple things I miss.... lol) Thanks again...

 

Some browser’s hide their ad blocker well.

 

Yes they may.... I did have the Firefox pop-Up blocker disabled...

 

If you have ublock or adblock plus they will block this stuff.
