Yellow exclamation mark in device manager

I have dell studio 1737 and recently i downgraded it from vista to xp. Everything is successfully installed, but there are some driver problem, the some yellow exclamation mark in my device manager which are as follows:

1) Ricoh MMc Host Controler
Device type: IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers
Manufacturer: Ricoh Company
This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

2) 1394 Net Adapter
Device type : Network adapter
Manufacturer: Microsoft
This device cannot start. (Code 10)

In other devices:
1) Fingerprint Sensor
Device type: other devices
Manufacturer: unknown
Location: Location 0(Fingerprint Sensor)
The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

2) Unknown device
Device typether devices
Manufacturer: Unknown
Location: on Intel(R) ICH9M LPC Interface Controller - 2
The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

3) Unknown device
Device type: other devices
Manufacturer: Unknown
Location: on Microsoft ACPI-Complaint System

Please help me out with this problem as i am looking for this problem everywhere on internet, i tried manufacturers website to get drivers but not much helpfull, I am searching for this problem for 2 weeks and its driving me nuts, any guide will be very helpfull.

See if you can find the motherboard drivers or the chipset drivers. Also, not sure why you crippled your computer by going back to xp. But, I'm not going to judge.

I have found all solution/drivers that can downgrade Dell Studio 1737. At last i solved it :strong:celebrate
If anyone is interested download the 32 bit Windows XP Drivers Package for Dell Studio 1537 Utilities from here:

After downloading the rar file from here read the instruction pdf file which will guide all installation process step by step.

I have tested this drivers on my studio 1737, all yellow mark gone and everything is successfully installed except net adapter 1394 which i wont worry much.

Lucky you got that far as many new machine's hardware has no XP drivers written for it. So you're OK with no ethernet? OK.

 

Uh, 1394 is firewire.
