yEnc decoding

what programs are good for decoding yEnc newsgroup messages/pictures ?
if i use Oulook Express, when i try to download a picture message it shows up in differnt letters/numbers/symbols.
what is good to use to decode these mesages? are there programs to use other than Outlook Express? or can i still use Outlook Express and copy/paste the message ?
im not exactly that computer smart so im looking for something simple

Never used yEnc but a quick search came across this that may be of use, plus they have a tutorial for OE and using yEnc

For Outlook Express, I prefer yProxy, which integrates seamlessly with OE. yEnc content is decoded as you download, and shows up in OE decoded and ready to view/use. Get it here if you want to try it:
