Yet Another Virtumundo Problem

I've followed all the guides here and i just cant get Virtumundo to stop duplicating and showing up in Ad-Aware. I've done all the virus scans and they do find it and claim to remove it but it just keeps showing back up. This virus or whatever is keeping me from getting some vital stuff done so if i could get some help on exactly what to do now, that would be great. Here is my HijackThis Log.

Please move HijackThis to its own safe folder - C:\Program Files\HijackThis! Then, attach a fresh log and I'll try to check back when I get a chance.

Also note that, before you scan, you MUST close all running programs including your web browser, e-mail and items in the system tray.

This should do it. It has taken me a couple of hours to get this because after i did another virus scan, my computer is constantly running at 100% CPU Usage and rebooting or leaving it off for a while will not help. I closed everything in the system tray and all programs that i could.

 

I really hope this is it this time...it takes me about an hour to get the log file with this 100% CPU Usage crap.

 

For a second, I thought I was losin' it - I usually check that first. But the HJT for the 1st log was OK.

DEX - Please download this tool: http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.zip - But do not run it yet. There is a very small chance we may need it after we fix the 010 line in HJT.
