"Your computer might be at risk" Popup in Windows XP SP2

    How do I disable "Your computer might be at risk" Popup in Windows XP SP2?


    I currently have Zone Alarm but I do not have anti-virus software, I constantly get hit by a popup.....very annoying.

    Zone alarm is a good firewall, but you need a antivirus ASAP!!! :)

    Without one you are leaving your self open to all types of problems, including viruses from pop-ups happen you to click on one even by accident.

    Below is a list of anti-viruses, many of which are free and good.

    Yes please do recommend AV software....I am clueless.

    Im quite fond of Anti-Vir, however some people like Avast and AVG (all of which are free and on the link I provided below :) )
