Yousendit problem

I've never had any trouble with ysi before, but until yesterday I haven't been able to download from it. For some reason every time I click on the 'download' link, the page just refreshes. I've asked other people to try the links out as well to see if it happens to them, and it doesn't. What's going on?

btw, I use AOL and IE6.0 as my webrowsers.

Hi and Welcome to Majorgeeks

Possible first things to try are delete your cookies and temp internet files, then close all broswer windows then open IE again and try again.

Next option is to not click the URL to the download as your using AOL, but copy and paste the link into the address bar.

Have you updated any software lately, more geared to AOL?

This problem occurs if you have a firewall active.

Simply deactivate your firewall and this should fix the problem.

i think checking the firewall might be safer
