Youtube issues

Unsure of correct forum....can anyone explain why when i open a youtube page...and pause video it doesn't fully download like it used to?

Also, worse, when eventually playing the video and download is ahead of play, why does video picture pause while audio continues, and a mouse movement resumes video????

Using win7 & firefox.

 

1.Uninstall adobe flash player ,download from Adobe Website and install it
2.clear cache ,cookies , refresh page and try if its working properly
3.use other browser i.e Chrome,Internet explorer
4.turn off modem wait 10 seconds then turn on modem

and to say the first step should be to update browser get latest version from the official site of browser and not from other site
