I made a Playlist in my YouTube account.
And if I see a video on YouTube I like I Ad it to my Playlist.

Now I have around 38 or so videos in my Playlist.
But I would like to put some that I watch a lot up Top.

And I would like to put diferant ones in the Middel.

So I want to put the videos whare I want and in the order I want.

I found this video that tells how to do this

Now I do LogIn to my account and I click on the Top Right that has my name.
Then the Dropdown list comes and I click on Creative Studio.

Then I click Vo Manager then Playlist.

My Playlist opens on the Right side but it looks like a Thin Banner and to the Far Right of it I see Edit so I click it.

Now in the Video He says to click on Edit again and it looks like it is under the Big Main Image at the Top of your Playlist.

I see no more Edit Tabs to Click on and yes I do have my Playlist Settings set to Order Manual.

And if I move my Mouse over the Left of the numbers next to every video I get the Cross Hairs but if I try to Drag the video it wont move.

I use IE do I have to Turn Something On?

    Thanks for the time.

Try Chrome, it works perfectly for me.

It works in FireFox but I do not want to try Chrome.

But can you tell me why IE is not letting me do this?
When something does not work right I just don't move on because then after something happens with a new Browser then am I to move on again?

I am almost sure it is maybe a setting I am missing in my Browser or YouTube?

Are you running Internet Explorer 11?
    In Windows 10?

    I agree with you.

    But consider this.
The date for End of extended support for Windows 7 SP1 is January 14, 2020. That's less than 2 years from now.
That also means IE11 for Windows 7 will no longer be supported. So you will have to move on.

Until someone has a solution, I suggest you use Firefox - you posted it works.
