    Since I am stuck with dialup, is there a YouTube loader out there that loads quicker? With what I have now, if I have a long YouTube clip I want to see, I have to put up with 2-second soudbytes. Suggestions (other than switching to DSL)?:confused

    Well, if you grab 'Download Helper' off of the front page, and if you are using FireFox, you should be OK but it's not any faster, might even be slower but it's then on your hard drive. Alternately, you can use 'Youtube Downloader' but it's not faster either, both make an '.flv' file IIRC which you can then convert to '.avi'. Hope that helps.

    I guess I'll try YouTube Downloader see what happens; I have Windows XP and I am only using IE. Thanks.
