    Is there a way to turn off the subtitles on the movies on YouTube?
    I,ve turned off the captions and I still get subtitles I thing it is German
    not sure I searched the home page its set on english I also tried contacting
    them its been over two weeks and no answer

    Can I turn it off?

    The short answer is "no", the subtitles are hard coded into the video and it is extremely unlikely that you will get an answer from YouTube.
