In firewall section, under the zones tab I have two things listed.

    1. One is my wireless adapter (entry is listed as - adapter subset) -would
this go under trusted or internet? I switched it to trusted, was this a
    mistake?
I have no other computers connected to the pc, only one printer and
DON'T share anything but still have a wireless router.

    2. I also have somthing called loopback adapter (entry - IP address) and
currently switched it to internet. I have no Idea what this is but the ip
listed in the box for this loopback adapter is unfamilar. I use RR in case it
    may be important.

So, is this something to really, really freak over, cause I am.

If you connect to the Internet your wireless adapter should be set to Internet, not trusted. Open up a command prompt and run ipconfig/all. If there's an IP address listed for "Default Gateway" and at least one for "DNS Servers," I'd set it to Internet.

The loopback interface is a special interface that exists on nearly every PC. The IP address 127.0.0.1 means "this computer". If I ping 127.0.0.1 on my computer, my computer pings itself. If you ping 127.0.0.1 on your computer, your computer pings itself. No external connections access the loopback interface. It is used for testing purposes, and for some services on your PC to communicate with each other. Always set it to Trusted.
