How do I get rid of this fooking thing?

I purchased SpySweeper BTW and I have been on hold with them for 3.5 hours right now. (No joke I swear to God I went to Lunch, came back and I'm still on hold)
BTW if you ever call them they have this terrible Jazz music playing. One good thing tho, they don't have an annoying voice every 5 minutes that comes and tells you "How your call is important to them." They at least don't insults ones intelligence.

Spysweeper will find it and remove it. It will come back everytime. Without buying spysweeper I got rid of everything too but this file. So using SPybot Search and destroy and Adaware 2007 with Hijackthis removes everything but zenosearchassistant. I must ask what is the purpose of purhasing this software?

Safe mode or Safe mode with Command prompt does NOT work. I am not a newbie so don't bother with newbie responses since I already tried them.

The un-noobie answer is follow the malware guide and then start new thread in malware and attach the logs. As this can be a PITA to remove and Chas and the guys can assist in this removal with all the logs so they know, if other malwares maybe re-installing this which is likely.

or you could google the removals answer which the following posts to this will have done but not knowing the extent on malware on your PC, the removals process is not always a defualt one that can show in searched results, which is why the guide above and the expert assistance of the malware guys is best to removal all pests on your PC, as these days your not just infected with one malware but multiples, the default guides may remove the one but what about any others? if you have other malwares still, one of them maybe the master, which downloads multiple payloads... .better safe in removing all you'd agree.
