Zeroaccess and more problems

Okay, I need some serious help here...I hope you can help me out.

My story starts the same as others. Surfing the net, internet security 2012 pops up, ran malware bytes (removed some viruses). I then ran Norton Security Suite that I received from my ISP and it said "located zeroaccess" but it couldn't remove it.

I then came to your site. I read the "READ & RUN ME FIRST" and I started to follow the directions. I have logs from Superanti spyware and Malware bytes but when I tried to run ComboFix it said Norton was active. I followed the directions by right clicking on the icon in the tray and selected "Disable anti-virus auto protect." I still get the same message from combofix and it won't proceed no matter what. I even completley uninstalled Norton Security Suite from my computer and I still get a message from ComboFix saying "ComboFix has detected the following real time scanners to be active: Norton Security Suite" I don't know how this is possible when I removed it from my computer. I don't know what to do. My computer freezes and crashes ofter, is slow as hell and to top it off, my 49ers got eliminated from the playoffs! Sorry, I got carried away there for a minute.

I followed all of the instructions but I'm stuck at the ComboFix step. This zeroaccess is a killer!
