ZF561402.CAB missing from Office

ZF561402.CAB missing from Office, cannot re-install, have tried many times, however it keeps asking for original disk, the disk I have must be the right one as this is the companies computer (International Co), is there anyway of extracting the file from the disk and placing it in the correct place, if so can someone take me through the steps needed to accomplish this, if not is there anything else I can do, last time I was at work over a month ago I had the same problem only then it did not state a ZF file it said that a SKU file was missing, very strange, can someone please help, even if its just to shed some light on the matter. by the way our IT dept is in Aberdeen and I'm overseas, a further problem.

 

On the Help menu, click Detect and Repair. See if that helps.

Steve, just tried it and the same happened, it says the required file ZF561402 could not be found, original installation source required.
