Zix file problem and drivce problem

Hi... I downloaded a movie which is in zix format and i, as advised, tried downloading winzix software from this link. http://ukpcrepair.com/dlsite/prog.html. After the download i try to install but it does not happen. I get a message saying unable to execute file. create process failed.code 5 access denied.Problem 2, All the drives except c drive cant be opened with double clicks. I get the msg access denied.:cry:cry:cry:cry

 

but i can open other drives when i right click an choose open
