Zone alarm attack

I can't get rid of this zone alarm attack. About every third time I do something on the net, it kicks me out with a lock-out. can someone help?

 

post the zone alarm log file here and we can try to help, also try and run hijackthis found here on majorgeeks.com on your pc and post that log file here also.

 

Basically ZoneAlarm says that there was an error that is preventing ZA from properly starting so therefore it is locking down my internet. I have eliminated all could find regarding ZA and the thing keeps locking me down.

 

click on start -> run
and type msconfig
then select the services tab & click the 'hide microsoft services" option
then find any zone alarm services and untick them.
reboot

this will at least allow you to access the net.

****note, this isnt a permenant fix, zone alarm will still be installed
