Zone Alarm config help

Howdy,

I need some help defending myself in my ongoing battle with hackers.

I finally got rid or NAV and NIS and istalled Panda Platinum 7.0 and ZoneAlarm Pro (I hope my dingleberries aren't reading this). My question is how to configure the ports in ZA.

Translation?
One, how does one configure MAC?
Two, what is the syntax in zone alarm to "port forward 113 to infinity"
How about other port settings in ZA? DHCP, ICMP, IGMP, NetBios, TCP ports?

Background: XP home, outlook, Intel 2.2g, cable modem, off the shelf router. Not web server.

I can't seem to get ahead of the curve on these guys.

I tried it with both, but it didn't work so great, so I disabled the panda firewall, and now it seems smooth. Braille technique.

Hoped someone would clear this up for me.
