zone alarm free help

i updated my zone alarm a couple of weeks ago and now i cant get it to let my quake 2 server run right
it is up and running but i other people cant get in. i have zone alarm set up to allow it server rights in trusted and internet zones and had it set for passlock till this morning
i went to zone support but it was the automated one and it was no help.
i need to know know how to tell it to open my port 27910(ya i know its dangerus but its the only way i can think of to get the server back up to public
