    Hello all.

If I've posted in the wrong forum, could you please direct me to the right one.

Now here is my issue. I just put in a new D-Link WBR-1310 wireless router on my computer. Everything appears to be working just fine except for both of my web browsers (IE and Firefox). The browsers will not connect to the internet if Zone Alarm is on. When I turn off ZoneAlarm I can connect to the internet fine.

Do any of the MG Moderators have any suggestions? Do you think this is a modem problem or a ZoneAlarm problem? Should I remove ZoneAlarm and re-install?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

    Cheers,
    Global

Open Zonealarm - select program control on the side menu - now select the programs tab - make sure the software that what you want to use is allowed. See if that helps you

    Thanks Stevelincsuk for responding.

I dont see firefox or Internet Explorer in the list under the Program Tab in ZoneAlarm.

Anybody else have any suggestions why F.F. or IE will not connect when ZoneAlarm is running?

    Thanks
    Global
