    To open a port in ZAP without writing an Expert rule, go to the ZAP > Firewall > Main panel, click on the 'Custom' button, scroll down to 'Allow incoming...' and check the box next to TCP or UDP (or both) and in the box that opens, enter the port or ports you wish to open.

    I'm not sure what you are trying to do, but you may not need to actually open ports.
