Zone Alarm - System Restore

I was renewing my ZoneAlarm Pro. Download did not work. I had IOrbit running while downloading. Got an email after the download failed saying that I had to have any firewall, security, etc. disabled or uninstalled. Tried to uninstall ZA. File is missing and can't do it. ZA said to do a system restore before July 15th. Restore will only let me restore to the beginning of this month. Any suggestions on getting system restore back before July 15th?

Is ZA is installed on the PC. Remove the MS update from add/remove and download the latest version of ZA. Reinstall the KB. This may not be the fix but it relates to the mail regarding restoring the system prior to 15 July. Ok more reading

Ran a scan. Had something that was blocking my download from finishing. Download worked after removal. Thanks for you help!
