zone alarm wont allow me to upgarde

Hi guys,
I have a small problem zonealarm had an update so download the update,then i tried to install it but when it reach 50% of the update it stops and says that i have to log in as admin!but i always log in as admin and as far as i can remember i never had this kind of problem before coz i've been using zonealarm for the longest time.This is so weird for me,help me pls

 

click on start and find zone alarm in your start menu.

Right click on it and Choose Run as administrator from the context menu.

Try that and see if it solves it and if not post back.

 

Hi guys,
When i update zonealarm it removes itself from my program well not totally remove but the icon is gone they do this to continue with the installation but when it is about as i said more than half it stop and says i have to log in as admin account heres the problem it hangs,so i was so pissed that i just uninstall everything and download jetico,but i like zonaalarm more than any other firewall.I will try again but at the moment i use jetico,thanks for the reply i did not get ur reply soon coz i was tired trying to fix the problem fell asleep and decided to short cut my problem which is not so me.anyways thanks a lot
