    Hi everyone,

How do I configure Zone Alarm to allow .pdf files to open?

I'm running XP Home on a Dell Dimension 8300 P4 3.0 GHz with a 60 Gb HD. I use Zone Alarm Pro (I believe the latest edition) and Pest Patrol (bundled with ZL) and everytime I try to open a .pdf file, I get an error message along the lines of "You are not authorized to do this....." When I disable ZA, the files will open without a problem.

    Thanks in advance.

P.S. For those of you who remember the problem I had with my CD-RW - I FINALLY got it resolved. After several tantrums, Dell finally sent me a new one, which I installed and everything is now running (burning) smoothly :)

open ZA up and goto Program Control > Programs and look for Acrobat and delete it then try open another PDF up and ZA will throw up a message box asking you again if you want to allow acrobat to access the net or not.
