Zonealarm Free/Internet Connection Sharing

    Does anyone know a way to use ICS with Zonealarm Free?

    Not sure what you mean? You can simply set up Zone Alarm on any computer that will access the internet.

    The free version of ZA apprently doesn't support ICS however you should be able to set it up using rules for all the things ICS needs,

    As mentioned above put the computer in the trusted zone. You may still have issues as ZA will still block some stuff

    Probably you should start by allowing incoming DNS requests (udp 53)

    I'm sure I remember seeing a setting that just allowed you to tell ZA that it was an ICS gateway but I don't remember where now, it may have been on a pro version.
