ZoneAlarm start up priority

So, I've been trying to solve a series of problems on my computer over the last several days (to contribute suggestions, just do a search for my username and you'll see my latest posts/problems) and I'm wondering if the order of certain programs at start up may be a contributing reason for my slow system speed...

I may be unnecessarily concerned about a hole in my online security, but my wireless internet connection loads up and has access to the web before BitDefender or ZoneAlarm kick in. Am I at risk?

The ultimate question is: can you change the priority level of ZoneAlarm so that it loads up before my wireless internet connection in the start up menu?

my start up is also a bit random sometimes Nod32 starts early and another day my Internet connection comes first but i have not suffered any ill effects(so far)
