Zune driver problems

Zune software installed, updated to newest version. Then the app tried to detect the Zune, it did not. So i went into Add Hardware,Install advanced, browsed and selected D:/, and it installed the driver. Then it completed, but gave me Error Code 10.
That is the problem i can not solve. I did have an app that i used to play my ps3 controller with -on my pc- that i thought might be cuseing a conflict, but i have since removed it. I am not sure what to do, and really need some help. thx ^^.

 

Code error 10 means that your drivers for that specific program are either corrputed or not installed (not being detected by windows)

I was aware the code was driver related, but i still don't know what to do to fix it. Iv'e tried it one three PC's. Also that link didn't load, but thanks for the help ^^

 

OK, got error code 10 out of the way, but now i have error code 1
