Zydas USB device wont work :(

    I don't know where to post this so I decided this would be best.

    I am trying to use my wireless USB device (Wifimax) to send an outgoing signal. Its not the settings that I am having a problem with. Every time I try and load the USB's program it starts then stops on its own! I have uninstalled and reinstalled soo many times. Don't know what to do. Anyone have any suggestions?
