Please Help Me Figure Out What To Do

Ok I posted a while ago about my sons laptop. The hacker kept getting in. Finally the hard drive went. Ok had a new one put in just got it back all I installed on it was I bought maccaffee and malwarebytes 3.0.6 premium and then I figured with that protection he could get his steam back we spent a lot of money on his games on there .( that's where the hacker came from) well guess what.....now it seems like the hacker is back what can I do and how did he get through the protection I spent all that money on?

 

The problem is probably with a Steam user who has access to your son's account.
Change the password. If that doesn't help, contact Stean support.

Malware and maccaffee don't pick up anything . Changed passwords got ahold of steam on my tablet because nothing will load on that laptop now they just said to change passwords. Did that same thing doesn't recognize password every time I contact them I have to get a new password because the one I pick does not work . So I change it here go to the laptop and the password is wrong already. And the laptop won't load the support page or anything it locks up when you try to load the page.heck it locked up on task manager last night.

 

If the system is now locking up there is something wrong. It could be malware in which case you need that sorting out by an expert on the Specialist Malware Forum below this one. But you must first carry out all the steps in the Read & Run Me First Guide then post a new thread with the logs in the Specialist forum (not this one).
They will advise you further.
