Hey all I came across this problem when I was trying to download a cracked version of a program. I quickly remembered why I stayed away from downloading things like this when I saw Symantec protection detect "Trojan.zerroacces!inf"

I tried to my best of my ability to do everything the "READ & RUN ME FIRST malware remover guide" told me to do.The only program that didnt run was Rootrepeal.

After I had did all the scans and everything, things seemed fine but then just trying to be sure i ran symantec protection again and it came up with another infection called "trojan.zeroaccess!kmem"
I dont know if its still the same virus.
This problem is on my laptop its running Windows Vista 32 bit version

If im missing any info please let me know. ANY help will be appreciated. thanks in advance.

thanks thisisu but before you posted your post the screen on my laptop started to turn fuzzy and when i would click on start or if any other menu would appear, that menu would disappear but it would still be possible to click on it. So me thinking I was the one that caused it I just handed my laptop over to my cousin who is an i.t. expert to fix it. I was just being safe and aint want to mess it up anymore -_-
