Can't Delete Viruses On The Site

I have such a problem, help please! How to clean up the site from viruses? Antivirus found, but does not click Remove. What to do? I check it every day and every time is different viruses, sometimes written in the description that neutralized. At the end of the scan does not appear able to remove, something blocking, the antivirus itself I guess. As a result, nothing is removed, wrote, "will be deleted", but it is not. I had the same problem with my Joomla site, I set the a plugin which found a lot of viruses and cleaned it up. It’s all great now, recommend!
