Precisely this problem, but the links to fixing tools in that thread are gone, and I'm not wholly confident going after them on my own so will ask again, please.

    Ah.
This is new. Not seeing hyperlinks in Firefox.

To be more precise, I'm not seeing hyper-links in the threads on this forum - the words which would be hyper-links are simply invisible.

The forum navigation tree links at the top are fine, but this isn't, for example.

Right, I've been all over the place today.
    I'll start again.

I have the exact same problem as several threads that have popped up here recently - IE windows popping up despite not using IE, hidden voice adds, WAV volume resets itself to 0, M-BAM can't find anything and nor can AntiVir.

Further problem: hyperlinks on these threads are invisible to me, preventing me from finding the tools needed to obtain and post the logs you want.

    Any help?

Used IE to view the other threads, followed those instructions, all well.
    Thanks!

Is there a reason that hyperlinks don't show up in this forum in FireFox?

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

Note: Constant posting, delays getting your thread answered. See: Don't Bump! It Only Hurts You!!!

It is dangerous to follow instruction not given specifically to you.

Are you still having malware problems? If so, run the cleaning procedure given in the sticky/pinned threads in the forum.

Yes it is because of how you have FireFox configured with addons like AdBlocker or similar. You are blocking forums.majorgeeks.com and thus cannot see links. The problem is with your configuration as you can see since IE works just fine.
