Is this MOBO burned out?

    Recently my computer ceased to turn on. I have replaced the PSU, reset the cmos battery and tried different wall outlets, none of the above fixed the problem. I have noticed however that the Led indicator is lit on the mobo, could it still be bad even though the light is lit?

    Unfortunately, yes. Fans may even run ....but if you've tried replacing ps ...ram...disconnecting peripherals, etc and it still won't get to a boot or no beep ...odds are...
