MAJOR ISUUES with spyware and viruses PLEASE HELP!

to whom it may concern,
I have been working on this for too long and might go crazy. when I started I had SPYSHERIFF and other things. I followed the special proceedures page for this program and got rid of it. I can finally get back on line but cannot check my email because I believe my homepage has problems too.
I have read and done the READ ME FIRST about 5 times and could not perform SPYBOT even though I had this before now. My computer will not let me run it no matter how I try. My computer also crashed while performing BITDEFENDER and I have not been able to do it.
I have attached my hijack this log and panda scan and smitfraud files
any help is greatly appreciated

I am now having issues with attaching the scan logs
it keeps saying ERROR attachment in progress
how can one tell if they have posted.

Thanks for the ewido scan advice. I do think it helped some. I have uploaded the ewido report and a new hijack this logfile. I believe I still have some work to do. I am still working as administrator in safe mode and have yet to log onto the internet with my user name because the last few times I have, it has tried to spam my addresses. on the hijack this log there are a few lines that kept showing up in other scans like panda, and they are still there after ewido. like:
020-Winlogon Notify:msupdate-msupdate32.dll (file missing)
020-Winlogon Notify: ur32artreg-c:/documentsand settings/all users/documents/settings/ur32art.dll

Should these be deleted with hijack this or are these legitimate?

 

Don't do anything I don't request, we will address every issue you have but we have to do it slow and one step at a time.

Ewido removed a few items, let's run one more scan before we procede. Also, where at the two logs I requested from the two online scans listed in the READ ME? If you have not ran them go back and run them because I need those logs.

Run the below step, attach the log along with the online scan logs to your next post.

going to run the steps again (for the 7th time) in read me. I am going to see if I can get BITDEFENDER to work, (it crashed last time), and i, for what ever reason cannot get my panda sacn logfile to upload. I have attached my spyseweeper scan log.

 

i finally got bitdefender to run. attached is the log from it. Since almost everything bitdefender found was in the system restore, should i go ahead now and turn system restore off and reboot? I had not done it earlier because I was confident I had not removed all the malware.
going to run Panda Scan again now.

 

I was able to get panda scan to run again and another HJT log.
I am still seeing aome of those 020 lines come up.
Any suggestions now?

It appears that I still have some issues. I want to make sure that I should turn off system restore now.

I have run another ewido scan and am still finding trojans in the system restore. Could someone please advise on if it is the proper time to turn the system restore off and reboot?

 

Please be patient, we are stricly volunteer so we come in when we have time.

Attach a fresh HJT log from normal mode and the newest Ewido log.
