multiple spyware/viruses

    please help, cannot install any recomended fixes, using xp home, virus has control on group policies, cant install or run any programs, combo-fix only one that gets close in safe mode but access denied on reboot, when boot in safe mode computer runs a stack dump, please help

    Hello,
    I'm sorry bout that bumpin, i was so frustrated and yes i tried everything, he had no protection on his laptop, and it was wound tight, had to use restore and toss the data, no choice and no time, thanks for your help, i'm sure i'll need it again, it'll be cool to see how we get rid of the next one, because i tried em all. Is there anything I can do to help you? Thanks again!

    Sorry to hear that, but with some of these newer infections that is becoming one of the choices left. We try to have you backup your data and personal info before doing that if possible.
