Problem With Browser

A few days ago, I noticed that my browser started showing up this website “mystart.com”. I have no idea how it keep loading itself every time I launch the browser. When I open a new tab, this website shows up, too. It is a kind of site that provides search service, but I have never heard of this search site. I have tried anti-virus programs like malwarebytes & hijackthis and manual removal method in this post, deleting homepage and extensions, it worked temporarily.However I restart the browser, it reappears. What else can I do? I hope I can solve this with an effective antomatic tool, even it is a paid one. Thamks for anyone who help.
