Smitfraud-C.generic Trojan virus removal HELP!

Hi there

I desperately need some help in removing the Smitfraud-C.generic virus

I have read other posts and I'm not 100% sure they are the same virus or OS as mine so I'm hesitant to try the same solutions

I have tried Spybot, norton, malwarebytes and they all say it's removed but then I scan again and it's not removed

I am on windows 7, (x86)

Any help is so greatly appreciated.
