superantispyware app won't run

I read all and the last one was a post of mgtools. Anything other than cccleaner seems to fail. Shows exe in the task manager but does nothing, notta,zip, etc. mblogs attached.:confused - duh!

 

After trying a few more steps I reread some of the posts that sounded closer and found Avenger. I downloaded avenger and then copied the script to the flash stick. Ran Avenger copied the file script to the space provided. Avenger found this problem.

Rootkit scan active.

Hidden driver "TDSSserv.sys" found!
ImagePath: \systemroot\system32\drivers\TDSSpaxt.sys
Driver disabled successfully.

Rootkit scan completed.

This unmasked the root kit, which allowed avg to stop it. During the process cleanup.exe was also discovered by Spybot S&D.

This computer is on the network at work. All seems to be fine after avenger turned over the hidden file. I am a computer professional but the malware is a challenge. I am glad for major geeks.
