fixmbr bsod, please help
hi, i am new to this forum and am not sure if this fits in the software area, since i suspect my problem is virus based.
so i was trying to fix a virus and did some scans, the scans told me my MBR was infected/coruppted, i tried a fixmbr from the windows 7 recovery menu, but now everytime i start up, in safe mode or normal mode, a bsod occurs with the error code "stop: 0x0000007b" followed by codes in brackets. any help would be appreciated, thanks.
