toshiba a 30-203 satellite wont boot up. media test failure error
hello good people,
this dinasour has finally given up on me it seems. turned it off last night and today it wont come back on. i keep getting this message that says: for realtek rtl8139/810x pci fast ethernet controller v2.13(020326)
pxe-e61: media test failed. check cable

it keeps rerunning this same message but wont load up XP. apart from that, i get this loud buzzing noise everytime i turn the laptop back on for about 5 mins then it goes away. what can i do to restart normally? please help
