Default assistance with unload msi installer

Hi, i need some help to get rid of a pop up called unload msi installer.
I read some articles and got nowhere but when i go start, run, event viewer
I get the message

In the pop up it is asking me to use this source. I try using it nothing happens.

Any help would be appreciated
