dono wats wrong with this laptop

You need to tell us exactly why the tools do not run. There should be no problem with running the MGTools.exe.

1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can run steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:

2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools and the manual updates for SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes and Spybot ( links are given in the READ & RUN ME) onto another PC and then burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
3. To avoid addtional delay in getting a response, it is strongly advise that after completing the READ & RUN ME you also read this sticky Don't Bump! It Only Hurts You!!!. Any additional post is a bump which will add more delay. Once you attach the logs, your thread will be in the work queue and as stated our system works the oldest threads FIRST.

Forgive me, I thought when you said:

you meant your system would not run.

If you are saying that it is up and running, then you need to attach what logs you are able to get, otherwise I have no way of knowing what is going on in your system.

And perhaps you could tell me what OS you are running, if not w2k or xp.

 

You will need to get your system stable before we can help you. I would suggest you post in the software section to resolve your BSOD issues. And when you can run the tools come back to this thread with the attached logs.

 

What I said was to post with your problem in the software section....where others may help you resolve that issue. I didn't say anything about MS.

 

What would you like me to do? My crystal ball is packed in a closet and I cant find it.

Without logs, I have no idea what is happening.

If you cant run the scans.....then I am afraid you will either post and hopefully receive assistance in the software section or you will have to reinstall your OS.

If you reinstalled and you still have a "virus". then you did not do a complete format and reinstall.

You can either attach the logs you have or stop wasting my time and resolve your BSOD issues somewhere else.

 

Your combo log shows this ( as well as malware ):
C:\MGlogs.zip

It also shows SAS and MBAM

now do you want to do as instructed and attach those logs?
