2 Items Found On Laptop, Logs Attached

Hello,

I scanned my fathers laptop today after one of his friends reported an issue. Hitman found traces of superfish and the ask toolbar. I have attached the logs.

Hitman is indicating that I have to purchase a license and activate the software in order to have it remove the malware.

I guess free just isn't what it used to be.

These appear to be just traces of the malware, meaning just registry entries without the binaries.

For superfish,

Can I just manually remove these entries from the registry?
