Hello there this is my first post on here so I hope someone can help me.

Have a Brother DCP 7030 printer. Last week the toner in one of the printers needed to be changed. We have 8 of these printers. The toner needed to be changed so after changing this in the printer the following error message appeared.

It stated Cartridge Error. Place toner cartridge back in (this message runs below the Cartridge Error message).

I can not print or photocopy. I even tried to swap the whole unit to another printer to see if the problem lyed with the printer or the unit. But this did not work.

Can anyone know what I need to do? Asked my It guy who is useless.

Do I need a new cartridge on what the toner sits on?

    Can you assist?

    Hope I have explained myself.

    Thanks

    Simon
