How do you undelete JPG's in FAT?

Greetings everyone,

I could use some help in trying to recover JPG's in a FAT Olympus XD Picture card M+ memory card. I've used at least 15+ different recovery programs like File Recover, Digital Picture Recovery, JPEG Recovery Pro, Runtime Software, Easy Recovery Pro, PixRecovery, etc. Also tried using Photoshop CS3 and Infranview to try and open the files. With PC Tools File Recover it found my deleted files but when I try to open them I get "No Preview Available" from the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. I've tried renaming the jpg file and still won't work. Any suggestions on what else I can do to recover my deleted pictures? Please help!
